This year's joint conference will bring together agency principals, producers, support staff, and carrier representatives for the largest insurance conference in Montana. The two-day event will focus on inspiring our combined membership with engaging discussions, useful workshops, and motivational speakers. In its sixth year, we are excited to be gathering in the vibrant Missoula community.

****COVID WAIVER**** The Montana Joint Conference Associations (IIAMT and PIA) have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID 19, however, there is no guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID 19.

CREDIT CARD FEE NOTICE: ePayPolicy is our credit card Processor and as such is passing the credit convenience fee to cardholders. The receipt you will receive from ePayPolicy will reflect the convenience fee charge.

Hotel Reservations are not included in registration fees and may be made directly with Fairmont Hot Springs Resort at 800-332-3272 or 406-797-3241. Please refer to the IIAM/PIA Annual Conference to receive the conference rate of $169 per night plus tax. Resort Fee is $15 per night ($30 for suites). Resort fee includes hot springs pools, waterslide, fitness room and WIFI. Room block rate applies until Monday, June 19th, 2023. Valid credit card will be required to reserve your room. Reservations made after the block date are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for all conference packages received by PIA or IIAMT headquarters by 5:00 PM Friday, June 30, 2023 are fully refundable less a 15% service charge. Sorry no refunds after Friday, SJune 30, 2023,.
